## About the Program

Calmbirth® is a nationally recognised, evidence-based antenatal program developed by midwife Peter Jackson. It draws on neuroscience, mindfulness, and physiological birth education to help expectant parents manage stress, release fear, and work confidently with their care team. The program is delivered as a weekend intensive and is suitable from 24–34 weeks gestation.

## About the Educator

Regina Power is a Certified Calmbirth® Educator and qualified Doula holding a Master of Counselling. She has been teaching prenatal education for over 20 years and has been a certified Calmbirth® Educator since 2006. She facilitates all South Coast Calmbirth programs personally.
