CALMBIRTH® COURSE
Here’s what you will receive $550 / Couple
10 – 12 hours of tuition for both you and your partner or birth support person.
Personalised delivery of the Calmbirth® techniques and philosophies, proven to improve calm and confidence during the birth experience.
Class size is limited to seven couples allowing time for people to ask questions and share during the course.
Ongoing personal phone and email access with Regina before and after your birth. Discuss issues that arise in the care of mother and support person. Share the story of your birth experience and debrief if required.
Calmbirth® audio files to use for your ongoing practice of the program’s breathing and relaxation techniques.
A comprehensive booklet ($50 value) with Calmbirth® information and lecture to revise at your leisure.

Secure your spot today with a non-refundable deposit of $150, or pay in full, as classes fill quickly. Payment in full is due one week prior to the course.
I feel strongly that all couples should have access to my classes which participants describe as ‘life-changing’. Please contact me if you are experiencing financial difficulties. I am more than happy to discuss payment options so that all couples, regardless of financial means, can attend the Calmbirth® course with me.
