The best time to take the Calmbirth® course is between 24 to 34 weeks gestation, but you can also attend earlier or later in your pregnancy depending on your circumstances.

How do I find the South Coast Calmbirth building location?

Driving from Sydney:

Drive down the main street of Berry (“Princes Highway”) and you will see the “Hedgehogs Cafe” on your left which is about half way down the main shopping area.  South Coast Calmbirth is in the building above the Hedgehogs Cafe.

The walkway between the Berry Newsagent and Hedgehogs Cafe will lead you to a set of stairs that will take you up to the second floor which is where the South Coast Calmbirth room is located.

Driving from Nowra:

Drive down the main street of Berry (“Princes Highway”) and you will see about half way down the main shopping area the Australian post office on your left.  Opposite the post office is the Berry Newsagent.   The walkway between the Berry Newsagent and Hedgehogs Cafe will lead you to a set of stairs that will take you up to the second floor which is where the South Coast Calmbirth room is located.

What is the best location to park my car?

The whole town of Berry has free car parking.  Some streets do have time limited restrictions, but finding a car parking spot is usually not a problem.

However, if you park your car off the main road you can find untimed parking.  Untimed parking can be found on Princess or Albert street.

Where can I find something to eat or drink in Berry?

Snacks for morning and afternoon tea are provided. There will be an hour for lunch where you can either bring a picnic lunch and enjoy time at the historic town of Berry and eat at one of the many restaurants and cafés.
