FAQs

What is the best time to take the Calmbirth® course?

The best time to take the Calmbirth® course is between 24 to 34 weeks gestation, but you can also attend earlier or later in your pregnancy depending on your circumstances.

How do I find the South Coast Calmbirth building location (face-to-face)?

The Calmbirth Program face to face in Berry, NSW will be held in the beautiful Wesley Hall, which allows me to honour the government’s rule which asks that each couple be separated by a minimum of four square metres.

The original 1884 Wesleyan Church*, which has been relocated and refurbished, is now known as “Wesley Hall.” It is air-conditioned, has good acoustics, small kitchen facilities, as well as sound and video facilities. I am thrilled to find such a beautiful venue to teach out of so that you can have a relaxing and comfortable weekend.

* The Wesleyan Church is not affiliated with the teachings of the Calmbirth program.

What is the best location to park my car?

The whole town of Berry has free car parking. Some streets do have time-limited restrictions but finding a car parking spot is usually not a problem. However, if you park your car off the main road you can find untimed parking. Untimed parking can be found on Princess or Albert street.
