What is the best time to take the Calmbirth® course?
The best time to take the Calmbirth® course is between 24 to 34 weeks gestation, but you can also attend earlier or later in your pregnancy depending on your circumstances.
How do I find the South Coast Calmbirth building location?
The Calmbirth Program will be held in the beautiful Wesley Hall in Berry, NSW. The 1884 Wesleyan Church has been relocated and refurbished, and is air-conditioned with good acoustics, kitchen facilities, and sound and video facilities.
What is the best location to park my car?
The whole town of Berry has free car parking. Untimed parking can be found on Princess or Albert street, just off the main road.
Where can I find something to eat or drink in Berry?
Snacks for morning and afternoon tea are provided. There will be an hour for lunch where you can bring a picnic or enjoy one of the many restaurants and cafés in Berry.
Accommodation in Berry
Several options are available including Airbnb, hotels and motels in and around Berry, and The Retrospect Bed and Breakfast. We recommend booking in advance as Berry is a popular destination.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 4 weeks of the course date will only be refunded if the place is filled. Non-attendance is non-refundable. The $150 non-refundable deposit is separate from this policy.
